What we review before production

Every order is checked against the actual garment, artwork, quantity and delivery brief before feasibility and pricing are confirmed.

Garments we can develop

Build T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, coordinated sets and other knit apparel from your own direction.

  • Custom garment construction
  • Buyer-led color and trim direction
  • Sample-first development

Fabric and GSM decisions

Share your target composition, hand feel and GSM. We review whether the fabric supports the fit, decoration and end use.

  • Jersey, fleece and French terry
  • Rib and stretch recovery checks
  • Color and shrinkage considerations

Fit and size control

Use a buyer size chart, reference sample or fit notes to establish measurements before grading and bulk cutting.

  • Custom measurement charts
  • Oversized and standard fits
  • Sample comments before grading

Decoration and washing

Select the print, embroidery, applique, handwork or wash route that matches the artwork and fabric behavior.

  • Artwork feasibility review
  • Placement and color approval
  • Wash-sensitive detail checks

Private label details

Plan neck labels, care labels, hang tags, size stickers and packing with the garment instead of adding them at the end.

  • Woven or printed labels
  • Hang tags and size stickers
  • Polybag and carton marks

Bulk production control

The approved sample becomes the reference for construction, decoration placement and packing checks during production.

  • Pre-production confirmation
  • Inline inspection points
  • Final packing review

Frequently asked questions

What information should I send first?

Send the product type, artwork or reference, quantity, delivery country and target date. A tech pack and size chart are useful when available.

Can you work from a reference garment?

A reference garment can guide construction, fit and finish. The final development route is confirmed after the physical sample and requested changes are reviewed.

Can I approve a sample before production?

Yes. Sampling is available before bulk production, and bulk timing starts after deposit receipt and sample approval.

Send the product, quantity and artwork direction.

We will review fabric, fit, decoration, MOQ, sampling and timing before a production quote is confirmed.
